Bold and Snappy, with full-bodied, thick mouth feel.  
Though often considered a dark roast, light and medium roast bring more flavors to the experience. Try any or all of them to decide your favorite.
 
This blend is great for drip and cold brew (Rich's favorite is cold brew).
